Why are we only sharing Black Experiences?

BLUNT ANSWER: Isn’t it obvious?

GET WOKE: The same reason why it’s "Black Lives Matter" instead of "All Lives Matter." By sharing black experiences and learning from them, we're not saying other experiences are invalid. Every minority group is unheard in some capacity, but our focus is on the diversity within Black Experiences.

BLUNT ANSWER: Historical roots of oppression allow institutions with white leadership to discriminate against people of color.

GET WOKE: If we want to start a dialogue on race in this country, everyone has to be heard. While we encourage everyone to listen to these stories, white people have had the privilege of always having the floor, never having to listen, & knowing that their stories, unlike so many others, will always be told. Our goal is to listen to those stories, learn those stories, & amplify them through sharing.

Why are we only addressing white people?
